Our disciplines
TAXIS G7 has 400 employees working in very varied disciplines, such as the operators who deal with clients requesting a taxi, the IT service engineers who work on the management and dispatch systems and the fitters responsible for installing onboard equipments in taxis.
TAXIS G7 regularly recruits operators for its Call Centres in Clichy and Reims and fitters / technicians for its installation workshop in Clichy. On occasions, the company recruits for sales, administrative and/or engineering positions.
Operator (M/F)

Tasks
Operators are directly responsible to their Supervisor / Assistant Supervisors, processing clients’ requests (receiving calls, allocating taxis etc.) and monitoring journeys and driver relations.
Profile
An applicant for this type of position must be a “people person”, with an excellent grasp of telephone techniques and a strong sense of client service; they must also express themselves and speak well and have a warm, friendly manner. Fluency in another European language for dealing with our foreign clients would be an advantage.
Fitter (M/F)

Tasks
Fitters install and dismantle onboard equipments in fleet vehicles in the workshop (onboard IT terminals, navigation systems etc.). Fitters may also progress to configuring and checking taxi meters.
Profile
Applicants for this type of position must be able to demonstrate familiarity with, and have experience in the field of electronics, and must show great thoroughness and a genuine ability to work in a team.
Salesperson (M/F)

Applicants for this position should have completed two to five years of post-Baccalaureate training. They will be required to increase B2B sales, generate loyalty among major accounts and follow up sales to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Technician (M/F)

Applicants should hold a BTS in Electronics (a vocational training certificate taken after the age of 18) and will be required to maintain electronic devices and onboard systems in taxis.
Engineer (M/F)

Applicants should have completed five years of post-Baccalaureate training, and will be required to master modern programming tools in a real-time UNIX environment.
