In 1999, the company obtained ISO 9002 certification in recognition of its constant efforts to improve quality. TAXIS G7 has held ISO 9001 certification since January 2004.

All members of the company are totally involved in its quality policy:

  • The operators at the Client Relations Centre undergo three months’ training before coming into contact with members of the public and regularly take part in advanced and in-house training to upgrade their skills and improve their sense of service
  • The Client Service Department is always happy to receive your comments and suggestions, and rigorously monitors the quality of the services delivered
  • The Driver Relations Department selects, trains and monitors the quality of services provided by affiliated taxi drivers
  • Our teams are focused on continuously improving our services and on technological innovation
  • The drivers, although self-employed, are continually being reminded of the company’s quality programme and objectives.

TAXIS G7 is firmly committed to a proactive environmental policy.

TAXIS G7 “ went green ” in 2007, and is committed to reducing its CO2 emissions by 25% by 2012. At the beginning of 2009, TAXIS G7 launched the GreenCab service, enabling its clients to book hybrid taxis.

The GreenCab fleet now consists of 450 clean vehicles, making it the largest fleet of hybrid vehicles in France.

TAXIS G7 operates a subsidy scheme to encourage self-employed taxi drivers to buy hybrid vehicles.

Lastly, TAXIS G7 has introduced eco-driving courses for taxi drivers, to help them to reduce their fuel consumption.
